Friendly staff, clean, well-maintained rooms and lobby area. Great, free breakfasts. Great location for access to activities in New Braunfels and San Antonio.

Exit door was propped open with a rock....unsafe.

Hot water issues plagued several rooms!!! Obnoxious noise from surrounding rooms hampered sleep quality!!! The air conditioning was ineffective!!! Poor housekeeping left dirty areas unaddressed!!!

Everything -- the swimming pool was especially great!!

Room was clean, breakfast was good, property was quiet.

Pictures advertised a hot tub that the hotel didn't have.

The location is great and comfy in a safe area, just off restaurants and Starbucks, rivers, and San Marcos. Besides, we liked the lake, located within 5 mins walk of the hotel. The rooms are a nice size and impressive,...  

The lounge area was spacious, inviting, and well-lit. I found it easily accessible with no barriers, allowing me to navigate comfortably .

Improved breakfast options would enhance the experience.

the breakfast area was very well maintained and stocked during breakfast hours. the ak is a bit loud, hard to sleep.

Nice hotel with great internet access, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. I remember when the staff helped me return sim cards I left in the room. I highly recommend it!

The King Room had a comfortable bed, but the bathroom floor could have been cleaner.

Spent two nights in the King Room, Non-Smoking with my family. The room felt spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding, made for a great sleep. Breakfast hit the spot with a decent spread, though a little more variety in the egg options would be nice. The staff really stood out. They were attentive and seemed eager to assist. Encountered a slightly dirty bathroom floor upon arrival. But everyone was friendly was great. One odd incident occurred late one night when someone showed up in the parking lot, but security seemed to handle it right away. Nice stay overall, but a bit more attention to cleanliness is needed in bathrooms.

The stay included a comfortable bed and maintained cleanliness in the room. The bathroom could have been better attended to, and encountering some noise from outside affected the relaxation atmosphere. This hotel is ideal for a brief visit where guest comfort is prioritized.

I indulged in some fantastic local BBQ thanks to a tip from Richard at the front desk-absolute must-try! Plus, Brenda's warmth. You can't beat a stay where the staff feels like your own crew.

I missed kicking back with a drink in the evening. No social hour here like at other spots.
